Commissions
Payment
- Payment is required upon placing your order. I can often be flexible on when payment is to be sent, but work will not begin on your set until payment arrives.
- Payment via PayPal only.
Modifying Your Order
- Once your order is confirmed and payed for, your order is considered finalized. If you would like to make any additions or alterations to your order, please contact me. These may be unavailable, but I will do my best to accommodate.
Cancelling Your Order
- Cancelled by Customer: If a customer wishes to cancel their commission order, a full refund will be issued and any progress on their set becomes void. This will later be offered for sale or added to my personal collection. If a horse has been sent for fitting, it will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Cancelled by Lack of Communication: If a customer fails to contact me within 48 hours after settling on a commission slot (without payment), the order becomes void. Once the commission is completed, I will provide confirmation images to confirm that the customer is happy with my work, and upon making this contact the customer has 14 days to return contact. After this time frame, all payments and work becomes void. If a horse has been sent for fitting, it will be returned. No refund will be issued, nor will I be obligated to replicate your order for free. If you are anticipating an extended period of time in which you will not be able to send or receive any form of contact between us, please tell me in advance.
- Cancelled by Myself: If for any reason I would like to cancel a commission order, a full refund will be issued and any progress on their set becomes void. This will later be offered for sale or added to my personal collection. If a horse has been sent for fitting, it will be returned at my own expense.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated on a case by case basis. In the UK, shipping options include Royal Mail and MyHermes. International may be discussed between myself and the client.

Sales
Sales are offered in a variety of locations, including this website, my Facebook page (see links) and assorted model horse groups on Facebook, with occasional appearances on Instagram. I am not obligated to supply any pre-warning to sales availability.
All sales are made on a first come-first serve basis. However, vague expressed interest is not considered a commitment to buy, and any later commitment is considered over such.
Preference will be given to individuals prepared to pay in full. Depending on my current standing and customer's reputation as a buyer (reputation as a seller considered irrelevant) I may not be able to offer time payments.
Payment via PayPal only.

Returns and Repairs
- Items are non-returnable under any circumstances. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me to discuss rectification. I am confident that my tack is sturdy and of a good quality, but with such delicate tack comes the potential of fragility when handled incorrectly or over time.
- Repairs to strap goods are available to work by myself only, and are free for up to two years after their creation. After this time, a cost may be issued (pending damage) or request rejected due to matching leather being unavailable or other impracticality.
- Repairs to saddles or assorted accessories (non-strap related) are considered on a case by case basis, pending my ability to repair any damage. Stirrup leathers are considered strap goods (see above).
- I am happy for my work to be restored by other artists, so long as in the event of said piece becoming available my work is clearly stated, and the restoration artist is also mentioned. Any aspects of my work that have been restored by someone else should be clearly outlined. Please contact me in advance if you would like my work to be altered by another artist.
- Repairs are not considered priority, and whilst I will endeavor to be timely, alternative commitments may require completion in advance. These situations will be outlined to customers upon inquiry if available.

Donations
I am currently not accepting donation requests. I may provide donations to shows that I am attending at my own convenience, but do not commit to such.
